On YouTube, India tops this problem list
Over 8.28 million videos were removed from the platform in the fourth quarter of 2017 based on automated flagging or human detection, as per YouTube's Transparency Report. The report said a total of 9,321,943 unique videos had been flagged for inappropriate content in the said quarter, of which about 95 per cent had been by individual users and 4.8 per cent was by "individual trusted flaggers"
